Our Background

Established in 2003, Claim Solutions work on behalf of the public & commerce to assist with all types of property insurance claims.

The Directors & staff are highly qualified and have distinguished track records within the Northern Ireland property claims arena. All staff members have previous employment experience with Composite Insurers & Chartered Loss Adjusters which provides the essential ingredients for understanding all aspects of policy cover & the handling of insurance property claims.

From the outset, our business has developed strongly and we now have 2 offices in Mallusk & Downpatrick. The offices are suitably located to provide fast & effective province wide coverage.

The continued success of our formative years attracted the welcome attention of some of Northern Ireland’s leading Insurance Brokers and today, we also look after their customers in respect of insurance property claims. If your policy is through a local insurance Broker, they will have heard of us so please ask about our services.

No matter what the scale or complexity of the problem, Claim Solutions will take the necessary time to understand it and then navigate a course to get you through it. Our aim is to promptly & efficiently get you the best financial claim outcome that your policy should deliver.

About Us

How we work

Following our initial free consultation, if you’re keen to proceed we will:

  • Notify your Insurer (if not already notified)
  • Provide advice and guidance on all necessary emergency loss mitigation measures
  • Meet the Insurance Company Loss Adjuster or other representative appointed by them
  • Prepare the detailed repair schedule, which is then submitted to the Loss Adjuster to commence the negotiation of your claim
  • If other Professionals are required such as Surveyors, Structural Engineers or Architects; we will request authority from the Insurer for their involvement
  • Provide guidance on the issue alternative accommodation should it be required
  • Attend any meetings with the Loss Adjuster
  • Request interim finance where necessary
  • Chase all payments until the claim is concluded to your satisfaction
